We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable place near Boston Logan Airport (just 40–60 minutes away, depending on traffic). The location-to-price ratio is excellent — it’s hard to find accommodations of such quality this close to the airport that are also so reasonably priced. The hotel isn’t the cheapest option, but the high level of service and comfort absolutely justify the cost. What really stood out was the exceptional service from the hotel staff. There was a small issue with our reservation through Booking.com, which seemed to include breakfast for only two guests instead of three. The staff resolved the situation promptly and generously provided breakfast for all of us without any issue. Speaking of breakfast, the continental breakfast was outstanding. There was a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, far exceeding the typical hotel breakfast. Overall, this hotel delivered great value, warm hospitality, and a high-quality stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone needing a place near Boston or Logan Airport.

I got the room last minute at a great price. There was plenty of parking. When we got there, David was working the desk. He was super friendly. Exactly the kind of person you'd want being the first impression guests get of a hotel. I'll definitely use this place again. There was a live band in the restaurant and it sounded like everyone was having a blast in there. I was too tired myself to go in, but its nice to know they do stuff like that. Oh, and the bed was wicked comfy!

The breakfast was good. Service was a little slow. When we had order from more towels, they didn't get it. So we ended up calling the next morning for it again which they then sent it to our room. For international travellers,it will be a little difficult to find parkings near the subways or metro so you might need a taxi.

Breakfast was very good. Beds were comfortable. Staff was very friendly, helpful and efficient. Specifically, Donna, David, and Jared-(apologies not sure if I’m remembering his name correctly), were very helpful. Restaurant/bar was nice and live band that night was nice.

Velez

The front desk staff was very helpful and genuine. I loved the rolling table in the room! The walk-in shower with glass doors in this King room was better than the tub and curtain.
